I’m a Canadian mom of two, a lover of travel, dance, and (unapologetically) reality TV. My work in women's health started over 17 years ago, out of a simple conviction: personal development and spiritual fitness are health care too.

For years, I watched us fail women by offering a single path to transformation. One-on-one care alone wasn't producing the results I knew were possible — because women aren't wired to heal in isolation. We're wired for community. We thrive with quality information, a real understanding of how our bodies work, and other women cheering us on through the hard parts. So I blended group health with individual care. The results were nothing short of extraordinary.

I've watched hundreds of women reclaim their innate wisdom and become forces for good in the world. Every time I sit in a wild circle, I'm more convinced this is how we transform women's health — and the world. The ripple effect goes far beyond great health care, though that part is remarkable on its own.

Healthy sisterhood didn't come easily to me. Growing up, I watched — and took part in — connections that were catty, competitive, and hollow. It made real, collaborative friendship feel out of reach. Everything changed in naturopathic medical school, where I finally found my people. The more I let myself be fully, weirdly, honestly me, the more they rooted for me. It felt like jet fuel for the soul. I promised myself I'd never forget that feeling — and that I'd help other women find it too.

Now I spend my life helping women reclaim their power by gathering in wild circles. These circles are a deliberate pause in a busy life — space to understand the female body, its physiology, and the hormonal orchestra either helping us thrive or quietly depleting us. That knowledge changes the conversations you have with your healthcare providers. It also does something bigger: it teaches you to trust your own intuition. And a woman who trusts herself changes everything around her — her partner, her children, her family, her friends. The world needs more calm, confident, brave women. That's exactly what The Wild Collective builds, for any woman willing to show up with a curious mind and a wild heart.

Through this work, I've watched women reclaim their intuition and rebuild the kind of female friendships that actually lift them up. They start living lives aligned with what they truly want — giving themselves permission to slow down, question their path, and build a life that makes them genuinely happy. They take up more space. They become generous from a place of fullness rather than obligation. We've watched marriages strengthen, boundaries get healthier, voices speak up even while trembling, and women finally learn to relax into the present moment.
