Dr. Alexa Torontow, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a focus in metabolic health and sustainable weight loss, particularly for women who feel stuck despite doing “all the right things.”

Dr. Alexa Torontow, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor with a focus in metabolic health and sustainable weight loss, particularly for women who feel stuck despite doing “all the right things.”

Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying drivers of metabolic dysfunction, including insulin resistance, hormonal shifts, inflammation, and nervous system stress. She combines evidence-informed care with structured, personalized plans designed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Dr. Torontow is known for her ability to translate complex health concerns into clear, actionable strategies that fit into real life. She is deeply passionate about the role of community in the health journey and believes that women do better when they are supported, connected, and empowered.

She completed her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Her practice is based in Calgary, Alberta, where IV therapy is offered as part of her clinical care.
