YOU...
You've built a good life — and somewhere inside it, you're aware that "good" and "fully alive" are not the same thing.
You're tired of performing okayness in rooms full of people and still driving home feeling completely unseen.
You know your body has been trying to tell you something for a while now, and you're finally ready to actually listen.
You crave a room where the conversation goes past the school pickup and the renovation and into what's actually true.
You're not in crisis. You're in a reckoning — and you're done pretending you're not.
You're curious what happens to a woman's whole life when she stops drifting and starts choosing.
The sacred circles at The Wild Collective offer a safe space for connection, learning, sharing, and support among like-minded women.
ITINERARY FOR THIS WILDÂ DAY
Awaken Your Wild is a one-day immersion into everything that makes The Wild Collective different — and everything the drift has quietly taken from you.
You'll open in circle. You'll breathe with Dr. Michelle in a guided breathwork session designed to bring your nervous system out of "running hot" and into genuine safety. You'll sit in cacao ceremony with Dr. Kirsty, a practice used for centuries to open the heart and soften the armour we didn't even realize we were wearing. You'll be led through the day by Dr. Tara, whose gift is turning a room of strangers into a room of sisters before lunch is even served. And you'll hear directly from women already inside The Wild Collective — not a sales pitch, just the truth of what nine years of this community has done for their marriages, their bodies, their friendships, and their sense of themselves.
Lunch is included. Nothing to plan, nothing to manage. For one day, you get to just show up and receive.
This isn't a taste of self-care. It's a full-body experience of what it feels like to not be drifting — even for a day. And for most women, that's all it takes to know they don't want to go back to lukewarm.
10:00am - 4:00pm
Grounding + Opening Circle
We'll start the day with grounding breathwork, a warm welcome, and intention setting.
Cacao Circle: Return to the Heart with Dr. Kirsty
We'll gather in circle and share ceremonial-grade cacao from Costa Rica, prepared with intention and reverence for this beautiful plant. Together, we'll slow down, sip, and settle into presence — learning about cacao's medicinal properties as we create space for connection, reflection, and a deeper listening inward. Through cacao, stillness, and guided reflection, we'll begin to explore what it means to reconnect with your inner wild — the part of you that knows, feels, and remembers what is true. An invitation to soften, reconnect, and return to the heart.
Guided Reflection + Partner Connection
You'll be paired with another woman for guided reflection and conversation. We'll explore questions around where you're feeling stuck, where you've been putting yourself last, and what you're craving more of in your life.
Nourishing Lunch + Connection
Enjoy a nourishing lunch and time to connect with the women around you. Come hungry: for food, conversation, laughter, and new connections.
Create Your Own Tea BlendÂ
Get hands-on with a beautiful selection of herbs as you explore their unique aromas, flavours, and traditional properties. You'll be guided through the herbs, invited to slow down and connect with your senses, and then choose your favourites to create a custom tea blend that's uniquely yours to take home with you.
Cyclic Wisdom + The Gifts of Being a Woman
Dr. Tara will guide us through a conversation about cyclic wisdom, body literacy, intuition, and the unique gifts of being a woman. We'll explore what happens when we stop pushing through, start listening to our bodies, and reconnect with the wisdom that's already within us.
Movement + Breathwork
It's time to get out of your head and into your body. We'll move together through an energizing movement session before slowing down with guided breathwork to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm.
The Wild Collective: What's Next?
After you’ve spent the day slowing down, connecting, reflecting, moving, and making yourself a priority, we’ll talk about how to carry that experience into your everyday life and introduce you to The Wild Collective, our deeper community for women ready to keep doing this work together.
What to bring with you:
 Yoga mat
 Water bottle
 Comfortable clothing
Pillow or blanket if you wish (we have some)
 Notebook & pen
 An open mind
